 This
is our Water Baby. It is constructed of the same high grade
aluminum components that we use to construct our machines. The
Water Baby is a very diverse little machine that can be mounted on any
conveyor from 10" to 24" wide, it is height adjustable up to 24" high,
and standard with interchangeable stainless steel tips.
The
water baby has an actuator arm which detects the position of the
tray/pot start and stop. This insures accurate watering with a
drip rate (if set properly) of less than one percent, keeping conveyor
belts clean and day AND reducing waste of liquid application.
It can accommodate your liquid additives easily, and can be
connected to a diluter for fertilizer dispensing. It has a built
in 5 micron filter. The aluminum guide rails are adjustable from
4" to 24" to accommodate pots and flats.
To operate, simply connect unit to a water line, and off she goes!
Custom designs, including inline pot watering, pre-emergent
