Seederman has and will continue to supply our customers with custom seeding machine designs to suit their needs.  Our skills in design are more diverse however.

With the increase sales of injection molded plug trays we have been asked to develop a tray washing system for some of customers.  We have also been asked to develop a machine to automate certain aspects in the landscape industry.  These are samples of new machines that are currently being explored by Seederman.

The following machine is but one example of how any of our machines can be customized to accommodate your needs.  This machine is a basic GS 1 but was widened considerably to accommodate the speedling size vegetable tray the grower was using.

Pictured in the photo is the standard TLC 512 tray in front of the speedling tray.  You can see the extra width and height that the speedling tray required.

Other customizations have been to "stretch" our machines to accommodate more trays on the bed or the addition of add-on's in the future.
