The following components can be added on to most of our machines, or purchased to fit to your current seeding machine.  The GS 1, because of it's manual operation, it cannot accommodate additional components.  Additional components for the GS 2 need to be ordered with the machine as the machine needs to be manufactured with a larger bed. 

NEW!!  All of the components below can be purchased to fit onto YOUR CONVEYOR.  We have engineered each of these components using the Add-A-Veyor ® conveyor systems (www.cicconveyors.com), but they can be made to fit any conveyor system.  The vermiculite dispenser and the dibbler need compressed air, and the water bar only needs your water hose.  No electric required.  Thank you to our friends at Chris Industries for kindly helping us develop new ways to help our customers.

Our vermiculite dispenser was made to withstand the rigors of a greenhouse environment.  The hopper is constructed of 1/4" aluminum to avoid rust and allow for a smooth operation.  The dispenser is driven by the indexing system, and is fully adjustable to allow for a light dusting to a full coverage. 

Our dibble bar is constructed of the highest quality aluminum and air components as our machines. Dibble pins can be made of aluminum or high impact delrin.  Each bar will be made specifically for your tray.  Additional bars can be purchased as well.  The dibble bar is driven by the indexing system to insure proper drilling.  The bar is height adjustable as well.

The watering bar is made of the same aluminum stock and needles as our needle bars.  It is height and flow adjustable and can accommodate most liquid additives such as fertilizers.
