If you are dissatisfied with any Seederman machine, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund less shipping and handling.  Additionally all Seederman machines carry a 1year standard warranty on all parts except for needles.  Machines should be returned in same or similar crate as when shipped.

In addition to service our own machines under warranty, we are capable of servicing older machines and machines manufactured by other companies.  Call or write for details.

We recognize that with any machine over time, there is a certain amount of regular maintenance involved.  Moving parts should be cleaned and lubricated to keep them in top working orders.  Components may need to be re-calibrated and adjusted after repeated use and movement around your greenhouse.

While our machines are delivered with an in-depth manual that include information on care and maintenance, we want to go that extra step for our owners that want more information or a hands-on demonstration.

This is why at select trade shows, Seederman will offer "Seeder Clinics".   Our clinics are free to Seederman machine owners, AND owners of machines manufactured by other companies.  Visit our Trade Show Calendar page for a list of shows where we plan on holding a Seeder Clinic and information on how to register.  Pre-registration is necessary.
